What you'll do
- Design and ship candidate matching, ranking and enrichment pipelines
- Evaluate model quality with recruiters in the loop
- Integrate with client ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors)
What we're looking for
- Strong Python/TypeScript and production ML or search experience
- Hands-on with embeddings, vector search and LLM evaluation
- Pragmatic approach to shipping in a regulated data environment
